Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- chopped spinach, frozen - 2 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain the spinach. Squeeze out the excess liquid. Combine all ingredients and shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on lightly greased sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.Can be tray frozen before baking. Thaw and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
