  • eggs, well beaten - 6 item
  • butter, melted - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • chopped spinach, frozen - 2 pkg

How to make spinach balls:

Cook and drain the spinach. Squeeze out the excess liquid. Combine all ingredients and shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on lightly greased sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.

Can be tray frozen before baking. Thaw and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
