Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 12 item
- bacon - 1 lb
- cheese, shredded any - 6 oz
How to make egg casserole:
Mix the eggs, cheese, butter, milk and salt together. Fry bacon and crumble into the mixture. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Cut into squares and serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
