Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- seasoned stuffing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach; cool and drain. Combine spinach and all ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form walnut-size balls and chill 2 hours. Place spinach balls on greased cookie sheet and bake. Good hot or cold. Makes about 20. Cooking Time: 18 minutes. Temperature: 350°. Servings: 5. Pan Size: 8 x 12-inch.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
