- soft butter - 3/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 (10
- seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain spinach well. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape into balls 1 1/2-inches or smaller in size. Freeze. Place on a baking sheet, not touching, while still frozen. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and serve hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
