Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- box chicken flavored stuffing mix fix as indicated on box - 1 oz
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach; drain in sieve. Press out as much moisture as possible. Combine spinach and dressing. Mix Parmesan cheese, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
