Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stuffing mix package mix - 2 c
- Mozzarella cheese or to your own taste - 1 c
How to make spinach balls:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts; freeze before serving. Put on cooking sheet still frozen. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
