Italian broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- can Italian-style stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
How to make italian broccoli casserole:
Cook frozen broccoli in unsalted boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well. Combine eggs, soup and oregano in a bowl. Stir in tomatoes and broccoli. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
