Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt
- thyme
- Accent
- Parmesan grated cheese - 1/2 c
- large onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- melted butter or oleo - 3/4 c
- seasoned stuffing mix - 3 c
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed and drained well - 2 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all together; chill well. (Can be made a day or two ahead.) Form into balls, walnut side. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set. Can be frozen. Makes at least 60 walnut size balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
