Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, grated - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain spinach. Combine all ingredients. Chill 2 hours. Roll into balls. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
