Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- medium size onion, chopped - 1 item
- margarine light - 3/4 c
- boxes frozen, chopped spinach, drained, not cooked - 2 oz
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix herbal
- medium size eggs, beaten - 4 item
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all together. Make small balls (teaspoonful). Should make about 65 to 75 balls. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes on cookie sheet.This recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
