Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- herb seasoned stuffing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Beat eggs well. Combine stuffing, onion, cheese and seasonings. Mix together eggs, spinach and stuffing mixture. Pour melted butter over it. Mix well. Chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Can be frozen before baking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
