Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- dashes hot pepper sauce - 3 item
- can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered - 1 oz
How to make spinach rockefeller:
Cook spinach 5 minutes and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
