Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- oleo - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 2 c
- each pkg - 2 oz
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain spinach or broccoli. Simmer onion in oleo until tender. Cool. Mix all ingredients together well. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Make into 1-inch balls (about 36). Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until set. May be frozen and reheated.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
