Ingredients/Components
- pork spareribs - 4 5
- catsup - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 1
- salt - 1 tsp
- minced green onion - 1 tsp
- seasoned pepper - 1 tsp
How to make spareribs:
Place ribs in large, flat baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.Cook 1 hour at 350°, then lower heat to 200° for about 3 hours. Turn ribs once while baking and baste with sauce.
