- water - 1/3 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- beef cubed steaks - 4 item
How to make cube steaks au poivre:
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine. Cook steaks until browned on both sides. Arrange steaks on platter. Keep warm. Into pan drippings, over medium heat, stir water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through and pour over steaks.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
