Spareribs and sauerkraut
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- spareribs - 3 lb
- large can sauerkraut - 1 item
- little pepper - 1 item
How to make spareribs and sauerkraut:
Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in flat baking dish. Add water. Bake slowly for 2 hours. Take from oven and season with salt and pepper. Pour kraut over them (juice and all). Sprinkle on brown sugar and bake 1 hour more at 300°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
