Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • spareribs - 3 lb
  • large can sauerkraut - 1 item
  • little pepper - 1 item

How to make spareribs and sauerkraut:

Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in flat baking dish. Add water. Bake slowly for 2 hours. Take from oven and season with salt and pepper. Pour kraut over them (juice and all). Sprinkle on brown sugar and bake 1 hour more at 300°.
