Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- slices bread - 4 item
- onion - 1 item
- cooked turkey - 1 lb
How to make turkey burgers:
Grind ingredients in food processor. Form into patties and fry. Also can be shaped into balls and fried as meatballs, then served with gravy. A great way to use up leftover turkey!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Turkey.
