Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 16 oz
- ground meat - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Brown the ground meat. Add the salt and pepper. Add 1 small can tomato sauce. Mix with mixer the cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add the green onions and green pepper. In a rectangular Pyrex dish, layer the buttered spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, meat and spread 1 small can tomato sauce on top. Refrigerate 24 hours.
