Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 1/2 lb
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- spaghetti - 1 lb
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- green pepper, minced - 1 Tbsp
- green onion, chopped - 1/3 c
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Cook spaghetti to desired doneness and add melted butter. Brown meat, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and green pepper. Spread 1/2 of the spaghetti in bottom of casserole dish. Add 1/2 meat, then cheese mixture, remaining spaghetti and ending with remaining meat.
