  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 2/3 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped green onions - 1/2 c
  • noodles - 8 oz

How to make company casserole:

Brown hamburger in a heavy skillet. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Boil noodles in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper. Mix the cooked noodles with the cheese mixture. Pour the noodle mixture in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Pour hamburger mixture over the top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
