Ingredients/Components
- large eggs - 2 item
- or to taste
- or less
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- can red salmon with juice - 14 oz
How to make salmon casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients, reserving a small portion of the grated Cheddar cheese on the side. Put mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle reserved sharp Cheddar on top. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
