Spaghetti and meat sauce
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- bulk Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
- can tomatoes, cut up and undrained - 1 oz
How to make spaghetti and meat sauce:
In Dutch oven, cook beef, sausage, onion and garlic. Drain. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Prepare spaghetti as package directs. Drain. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti. Pass the Parmesan cheese. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
