Potato macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 scant
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- shredded celery
- scant salt - 2 tsp
- pasteurized milk - 1/2 c
- cooked and shredded potatoes - 12 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped or shredded - 12 item
- cooked macaroni lightly salted - 3 c
How to make potato macaroni salad:
Dressing:3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must be real mayonnaise)2 tsp. (scant) salt1/4 c. vinegar2 1/2 scant c. sugar1/2 c. pasteurized milk3 Tbsp. mustard Mix dressing ingredients well. Add to rest of ingredients and stir together. Refrigerate at least a few hours before serving. (Will keep up to 3 weeks.)Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
