Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- nonfat Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- about 3 c - 12 oz
- shredded nonfat Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- low-fat marinara sauce - 2 c
How to make baked ziti:
Heat oven to 350°. Have a 2-quart casserole dish ready. Mix ziti, 1 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, the Ricotta and Parmesan in the casserole. Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Serves 6.Per Serving: 305 calories, 20 grams protein, 508 mg sodium, 50 grams carbohydrates, 2 g fat and 5 mg cholesterol.
