  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • nonfat Ricotta cheese - 1 c
  • about 3 c - 12 oz
  • shredded nonfat Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • low-fat marinara sauce - 2 c

How to make baked ziti:

Heat oven to 350°. Have a 2-quart casserole dish ready. Mix ziti, 1 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, the Ricotta and Parmesan in the casserole. Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Serves 6.
