- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- breast fillets - 1 pkg
How to make southern fried chicken:
Wash chicken breast. Mix egg and seasonings. Beat well and soak chicken for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator. Drain and roll chicken in flour and fry in hot grease. Makes a crispy, delicious fried chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Whole chicken, Chicken breast.
