Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- onion, grated - 1 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1/2 item
- catsup or tomato juice - 1/4 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs, egg, catsup, onion, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Mold into large patties. Mix mushroom soup, garlic salt and milk. Pour over meat.
