  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • starter - 1 c
  • Topping:1/2 c
  • apples or raisins optional - 1 c

How to make sourdough coffee cake:

Mix well and pour into greased 9-inch pan.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. butter1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. coconut Mix and pour over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
