Sourdough coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• soda - 3/4 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• stick oleo - 1/2 item
• oil or oleo - 1/3 c
• sourdough - 1 c
• raisins, mincemeat, nuts or candied fruit any of these - 1 item

How to make sourdough coffee cake:

Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick oleo2 Tbsp. flour Pour dough in a greased pan. Cover dough with topping. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes (1/2 topping may be enough).
