Hawaiian banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- mashed, ripe bananas - 2 c
How to make hawaiian banana nut bread:
Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Remove to wire racks and cool completely. Can be frozen.
