- eggs - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bell pepper - 1/4 item
- cream-style corn - 1/2 c
- meal - 3/4 c
- hot pepper red or green - 1/2 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Have pan with hot grease ready. Put 1/2 full of batter and then sprinkle cheese on top. Fill with rest of batter to top of pan. Cook at 500° until brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
