Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- shrimp, chopped - 1 lb
- plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c
How to make shrimp mold:
Bring soup to boil. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add gelatin to water and let stand 5 minutes. Add gelatin to hot soup and cool. Add celery, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise. Put in mold and refrigerate.To serve, unmold and serve with crackers.
