Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can condensed cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • envelope plain gelatin - 1 item
  • cans shrimp, drained - 2 item
  • to 3 stalks celery, chopped - 2 item

How to make shrimp mold:

Allow cheese to get to room temperature. Heat undiluted soup in pan over low heat 1 minute. Add cream cheese to soup, stir to dissolve lumps. Add gelatin to mixture; stir well. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly and spoon into mold.

Best to allow to refrigerate in mold overnight. Serve with crackers.
