Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped fine - 2/3 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- cans tiny shrimp, drained - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Heat tomato soup just to boiling while you are dissolving gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Pour soup and gelatin, mixed, over softened cream cheese and mix well. Add all remaining ingredients. Use wire whisk; do not use mixer. Pour into mold that has been well rubbed with mayonnaise and refrigerate until jelled. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
