Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- grated carrots - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped green pepper optional - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Dissolve gelatin in water (boiling). Add mayonnaise. When cool, add cheese and vegetables. Turn into mold; chill to set. To serve, cut into squares or invert mold onto serving platter and garnish with green olives or other vegetable decorations. MakesRecipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
