  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • 4 oz - 2 cans
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • cooked rice - 6 c
  • thyme - 1 Tbsp
  • green onions, minced - 3 item
  • drops Tabasco sauce - 2 item
  • green peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • peeled, deveined raw shrimp - 2 lb

How to make shrimp creole:

Melt butter; add flour and cook until well blended. Add bay leaf, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, thyme, green onions, salt, pepper and shrimp; mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes and water and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often, or until
