Ingredients/Components

  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • celery, chopped
  • can tomatoes, mashed - 1 oz
  • can tomato puree - 1 oz
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • rosemary - 1/4 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • white wine or water as needed - 1/2 c
  • medium shrimp, cooked and peeled - 1 lb
  • small bell pepper, cut into rather large squares - 1 item
