Ingredients/Components

  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped - 6 item
  • teaspoon pepper - 1/2 item
  • cup sliced mushrooms - 1/4 item
  • oz shrimp, peeled and deveined - 8 item
  • oz can low sodium tomato sauce - 16 item
  • cup bell pepper, diced - 1/4 item
  • Tablespoons parsley - 3 item

How to make shrimp creole:

Wash shrimp and set aside. Simmer sauce, onion, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, parsley and pepper in skillet for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10-15 minutes more, until shrimp is pink and tender. Serve over rice.
