Ingredients/Components
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- teaspoon pepper - 1/2 item
- cup sliced mushrooms - 1/4 item
- oz shrimp, peeled and deveined - 8 item
- oz can low sodium tomato sauce - 16 item
- cup bell pepper, diced - 1/4 item
- Tablespoons parsley - 3 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Wash shrimp and set aside. Simmer sauce, onion, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, parsley and pepper in skillet for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10-15 minutes more, until shrimp is pink and tender. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
