Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- canned milk - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large potatoes - 6 item
- large onions - 2 item
- American cheese - 1/4 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make hobo casserole:
Press the ground beef into the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with canned milk; salt and pepper to taste. Slice potatoes (raw) on meat; slice onions onto potatoes. Cube the cheese onto onions and cover with mushroom soup. Bake in a covered 2 1/2-quart dish for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
