Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 10 item
- ham cubes optional - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Put sliced potatoes and onions in casserole dish. Put oleo on top; salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and milk together; pour over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.I put Cheddar cheese in mine. Last 5 minutes, put on top. Ham can be added halfway through cooking.
