Scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- potatoes - 5 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut into round circles. Place in 2 or 3-quart deep pan and add milk and water. Cut Velveeta into large chunks and place about half inside of potatoes. Add margarine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until done. About 10 minutes before done, add rest of cheese.
