Cranberry cream salad
Ingredients/Components
- cherry gelatin - 1 pkg
- hot water - 1 c
- or little less cold water - 1/2 c
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 lb
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/4 c
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
How to make cranberry cream salad:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water; let chill until slightly thickened. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork. Stir into gelatin with celery and nuts. Fold in sour cream.
