Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- drops peppermint flavoring - 3 item
- drops food coloring of choice or paste color - 3 item
How to make mints:
Mix all with mixer. Roll in small balls. Roll in sugar. Press in rubber mint mold or roll into log shape. Chill and slice thin. Dip into sugar. May also be coated. Do not dip in sugar if coating with melted chocolate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Candy.
