  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • mashed, cooked sweet potatoes can use canned - 3 c

How to make sweet potatoes supreme:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts1/3 stick margarine, melted Mix the sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, milk and vanilla in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix sugar, flour, nuts and margarine for the topping. Spread over top of the casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8.
