- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- sharp American cheese - 1/2 lb
- sliced peeled carrots - 12 item
How to make scalloped carrots:
Cook carrots and drain. Put margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and celery salt. Add milk and stir until smooth.
