Ingredients/Components
- raw carrots, sliced or diced - 5 c
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- Ritz crackers - 12 item
How to make scalloped carrots:
Cook carrots until done; drain. Saute onion in butter. In baking dish, layer carrots and cheese. Pour onion and butter over top. Break up Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
