Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- fine bread crumbs - 1 c
- parsley - 1/2 c
- Bob Evans hot and spicy or sage sausage - 1 lb
- Bob Evans regular flavor sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage ring:
Combine all ingredients. Place mix in a Bundt or tube pan (greased). Bake for one hour at 375°. Every 20 minutes, drain fat. Let cool and invert onto plate. Can be frozen and reheated.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, One Dish meal.
