  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • fine bread crumbs - 1 c
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • Bob Evans hot and spicy or sage sausage - 1 lb
  • Bob Evans regular flavor sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage ring:

Combine all ingredients. Place mix in a Bundt or tube pan (greased). Bake for one hour at 375°. Every 20 minutes, drain fat. Let cool and invert onto plate. Can be frozen and reheated.
