Sausage ring
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage ring:
Mix all ingredients well. Place mixture in mold. Bake ring at 350° for 1/2 hour. Drain the fat after 15 minutes of cooking. Invert ring on platter and fill center with 8 scrambled eggs. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, One Dish meal.
