Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 6 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 12 oz
- garlic clove, diced - 1 item
- container Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add garlic, basil, salt, pepper, tomato paste, tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley.In bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place a layer of lasagna noodles. Cover with 1/2 of cheese mixture, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and then 1/2 of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
