Ingredients/Components
- mild sausage bulk - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
How to make sausage and rice casserole:
Cook sausage, breaking it up in pan. Saute onion and celery in drippings. Combine all ingredients in 1.5 casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Cover tightly. Bake at 450° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Comfort food.
