Ingredients/Components

  • mild sausage bulk - 1 lb
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • uncooked rice - 1 c

How to make sausage and rice casserole:

Cook sausage, breaking it up in pan. Saute onion and celery in drippings. Combine all ingredients in 1.5 casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Cover tightly. Bake at 450° for 1 hour.
