Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onions - 2 item
- or 5 white potatoes - 4 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Slice potatoes in bottom of large casserole dish. Slice onions over this. Add uncooked broken up hamburger. Pour soup over top. Do not stir. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
